Broad beans is a product attached to the municipality. This legume is harvest in April. The most typical dishes of beans are "les faves sacsades" and "Arròs amb faves".
The first beans –dish is "sacudidas", has as its basis the fresh beans, cooked with fried onions and garlic, red pepper, sausage, poached egg and a touch of fennel to aromatise.
The rice-based dish with beans use dried beans. After soaking them, beans will be peeled. Start cooking with fried onion, red pepper, beans, cabbage and meat. Add the broth and finally the rice.
