The "pastissets" looks like empanadilla but inside hides a sweet filling. The "pastissets" are usually made with brandy or almond (formerly also of butter "sagí") and stuffed with sweet potato. Originally baked in a wood-fired oven.
This dish is a must at all tables and gatherings during Christmas celebrations. Another sweet are the "rosegons" or almendrados, made with almonds, sugar and egg.
